Earth From Above

After missing dinner due to yellow snot, hypotension and other extenuating circumstances, I joined the girls for stuffing-our-faces-with-pretzels-and-ice-cream- for-dessert festivities. We then headed down to Darling Harbour to check out the Earth from Above exhibition by photographer Yann Arthus-Bertrand. Tina’s been raving about it for a while now, and once we got there we started raving too – only the headless ibis could distract us.

Anyway, the photos are bloody fantastic and the accompanying text was also pretty interesting, particularly the info about sustainability and what we’re doing to ourselves and the environment and all that. Another plus: the exhibition is free! So if you like looking at pretty things while walking around on a beautiful crisp evening in Darling Harbour you should check it out.
